Interview Scheduling

  • To make your child’s session truly special, we’ll have a brief interview at least two weeks before the photoshoot.
  • This time allows me to plan and create custom sets that reflect your child’s unique personality.
  • Interviews can be conducted over Zoom or in person if you’re located in Little Elm, Frisco, or Lewisville—whichever works best for you.
  • The interview will be myself, your child, and at least one parent but the more the merrier.
  • Interviews are scheduled for 45 minutes but can wrap up sooner, depending on your child and how much they want to share!
  • Most interviews are scheduled in the afternoon or early evening to accommodate school and work schedules. Limited weekend availability is also offered.

Photoshoot Scheduling

  • Photoshoots are scheduled at least two weeks after the interview to give me enough time to plan every detail. If the interview is delayed, the photoshoot may need to be rescheduled.
  • Session lengths depend on the package you choose. These times are approximate, as sessions may run slightly longer or shorter depending on your child’s needs and the shoot:
    • Mini Session: 1 hour
    • Standard Session: 2 - 2.5 hours
    • Ultimate Session: 3 - 3.5 hours
  • Morning sessions work best for younger children, while after-school times are ideal for older kids.
  • Saturday sessions are available but very limited—book early to secure your spot!

Payment

  • Once we finalize a date and time, I will send you an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your selected date and time.
  • The remaining balance will be invoiced on the day of the interview and is due by the day of the photoshoot.
